As an employee, I have seen efforts with increased communication and transparency. It is evident more now than before when we have operational changes employees are asked for our opinions via team meeting or with a survey. The main request from my co-workers today is it to work from home and our company is still organising how to deal this issue. Its hard to say if work/life balance will continue to be a ‘trend’ or if covid has just temporary changed the office format temporarily. Both regardless, I will cherish my time at home and always remember the year I was able to swim and run on my lunch breaks.
